The Advanced Course is designed for spinners who already feel confident with the basic grips, weaves, fountains and flowers. If you're comfortable with those, you can start right away — otherwise we recommend beginning with the Basic Course.
Fans with a large ring (Russian grip) are preferable — all movements will be the most comfortable to execute. Fans with a small ring work too, but some of the movements will be harder to perform.
